      If I had to do all of my runs with just one other person every day for the rest of my life, that person would be: My high school running buddy (and best man in my wedding this fall), Brady Selner.

      The least runner thing about me is: I don't actually enjoy easy running that much. I love running workouts & long runs, but I prefer to cross train on recovery days.

      Superstition: I don't have one!

      My first time from the gym class mile that I remember is: No idea. We ran the pacer test in gym class and I remember setting the school record in 5th grade.

      Favorite Running Memory: High school - state trips to La Crosse, College - being a part of EC's 2015 national championship cross country team, Post-collegiate - "finding myself" as a runner

      If I weren't a runner, I would probably be...: A triathlete (still running from time to time) or dedicate more time to fishing.

      Goals for the next year: Sub-14 in the 5k, break 4 minutes in the mile, sub-65 in the half marathon, run 2:18 or faster in the Chicago Marathon
